Thanks again for this Mrs Talkalotlady..:p

I look forward to your weekend summaries, a lot of the time they are a great reminder about some of the things I wanted to look for but had completely forgotten about.:T

Thankfully, however, you still have a long way to go to catch Savvy..;)

I am pleased that they are not offending people, but it helps me focus as I can tend to read and not actually take notes (if I am not careful!) :o:o:o

PS I am a Ms… not a Mrs. Despite being with OH for 28 years, we have never married as I love to refer to him as my lover! :D:D:D

  • Well the weather was lovely earlier and we almost made it home before the rain started, the dog hid by the gate to stay sheltered from the rain until I opened the door and now it's really it is going for it, but now the dogs happy, time to shop, I need to spend £40 at Tesco before my voucher expires, so that will be wine £40 at Morries Mail reward and then I've got a few apg's nearing end of life, and I want to go to Lidl see you later

    :(

Absolutely disgusted that a regular (as a lurker or poster as they seem to know a lot), has to come on as a newbie & post such a vile personal attack on a decent, admirable, kind, funny, moral & adorable poster. What have they ever done to you?

Let's pray that you reap what you sow Coward

All it takes is nosey on Google Earth and a few other pieces of information :( in the early days of posting on here I was a lot less cautious and a lot more niaive than I am now.

That said, I've never tried to hide who or what I am. I've met several lovely people from here and I don't regret it. If some sad person wants to use that information wasting their time looking at my house and car and finding out how much I pay in school fees for a year.........that says more about them than it ever will about me.

My local has stopped selling the BNI again. :(

I must confess I haven't done any BNI except for the pizza last year, not keen on ready meals are they any good ?
  • FC as you know I don't post on here much anymore BUT I wanted to come on to say how horrified I was when I saw the post last night. Can I reassure you that the people on facebook are equally appalled and know that neither you nor anybody else deserves this.

The person who posted this is bitter, twisted and jealous - I don't know who did it but wish I did - they need dealing with iykwim :D

No tears from you now dear - onwards and upwards and ignore those whose jealousy eats at them 24/7.
never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit
  • OK, had a quick glance back, I am not going to read back any further.

FC, I admire you, there is no way I could manage what you do. All you have to put up with in everyday life. I am pretty sure you would give it all up to have what other people would call a normal life.

We have many very rich associates, we see how they got there, and they are the nicest people because they have had to pull themselves up by their shoelaces and the last thing they want to do is step on the little people.

There is a song that I have often thought reminds me of you, fairly old one but still meaningful

    "Walking In My Shoes"

I would tell you about the things they put me through
The pain I've been subjected to
But the Lord himself would blush
The countless feasts laid at my feet
Forbidden fruits for me to eat
But I think your pulse would start to rush

Now I'm not looking for absolution
Forgiveness for the things I do
But before you come to any conclusions
    Try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes

    You'll stumble in my footsteps
Keep the same appointments I kept
If you try walking in my shoes
If you try walking in my shoes

    Morality would frown upon
    Decency look down upon
The scapegoat fate's made of me
But I promise now, my judge and jurors
My intentions couldn't have been purer
My case is easy to see

I'm not looking for a clearer conscience
Peace of mind after what I've been through
And before we talk of any repentance
    Try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes

    You'll stumble in my footsteps
Keep the same appointments I kept
If you try walking in my shoes
If you try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes

Now I'm not looking for absolution
Forgiveness for the things I do
But before you come to any conclusions
    Try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes

    You'll stumble in my footsteps
Keep the same appointments I kept
If you try walking in my shoes
    You'll stumble in my footsteps
Keep the same appointments I kept
If you try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes
If you try walking in my shoes
    Try walking in my shoes
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

    Morning :)
I'm sure that all of us can attribute at least one part of our success to the support of our parents (no successful person does it with no help at all and I don't believe them if they say otherwise)

There are many people who succeed despite their parents, I classify myself as one of them. I could tell you tails to curl your toes, but that is in the past… I am who I am despite my parents.

God, I hope I am successful, well I am in my own way - as we have a happy family and hopefully have never done any known harm to others x

    Ps love you abailey xx

I don't buy a lot of rm either. I prefer to eat fresh but for when I really can't be bothered, the korma is ok.
    O/h won't eat it though.
