Well he heard it tonight (I was ignoring it) he turned the light on and there was a small rat on my dresser. He jumped up like the mother in tom and jerry. I tried going back to sleep but he won't let me, he's proper freaked out. He's chucked the cat in the room and she is now in bed with me.
Problem is we join up to the big stone barn and the old lime plaster has recently been falling of the walls leaving gaps in the skirting etc ( some may have had some help as it was wet)

Morning all.
I'm sorry to see the trouble makers are out again. I'd have to say though, it's ironic to comment on someone's income and say that they're not MSE because of it, when the post is on a site owned by THE moneysavingexpert who is a multimillionaire!
We are all just trying to do the best for ourselves and our families, whatever our situations, and that deserves nothing but praise as far as I'm concerned.
I wish you all a troll-free happy day0 -
Good Morning
Must post this after getting upset reading earlier posts.
I have worked all my life since age 13 :T but never been rich just happy after the blip final years of marriage :rotfl::rotfl:
My DS went to grammar school in the seniors paid for by my inheritance from my dear departed dad :A
When DS was at junior school the school suggested he sit the exam for grammar school because he was clever (don't know where he got that from)
He sat the exams and past but I couldn't afford the fees even with the bursary we got
Then my dear dad died suddenly after being diagnosed with C
So I decided to use my inheritance to send DS to grammar school and never regretted it . He made me so proud and went to Uni after and I don't think there was a prouder mummy at his graduation :j:j:j
What I am trying to say is what's it got to do with anyone how the Elite live their lives and what we spend our money on. :A:A:A:A
Cold and frosty out.
I have to go mums come home drop Poppy off then go to Mr T's and all before kick off :footie: at 3pm
He got a his smarts from his smart mum who knew it was best thing for her boy.

:T:T A lot of people are a lot better off than they were when they started on here due to a lot of hard work and ingenuity and determination as you know. And I'm sure Martin was once a poor student too. I remember when he sold up the forums were full of awfulness. Money does funny things to people.
Hope your ok x0 -

TrulyMadly wrote: »That is a very valid point BB. People just can't say what they want on the internet any longer and get away with it. There are laws to protect people. Im sure that there are new laws against stalking. Folk have gone to jail for it.We should not take lightly veiled threats about knowing where people live, what car they drive and which schools their children attend. It is beyond trolling.
Someone who knows the system better would be able to advise but surely MSE can trace this person. It can't be rocket science.
ip address but then again if they know anything about the system they will have used some sort of hide my ip tool/ bought a few etc its not untraceable but it would be for mseWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

ok xx
It was voluntary exclusion by us not school. Assistant head said it was a very pragmatic approach. (other known as this will go away) He still dreads letters from me in any fashion.
As I have always told them and the kids. They get to borrow our kids after school is all said and done they just move on to the next lot and we have responsibility forever xx0 -
