thanks Elvis is ds3s so he will be upset, a female with a big pompom on her head we hatched her and she was nick named elvis because of the pompom but then turned female but name stuck, we have 3 at home they have a hut but live loose during the day, I think loosing animals is a fact of life, living in the country but this was so sudden and brutal that it was more upsetting..

A.com cs phone help is a nightmare at the minute I got a letter the other day saying that a payment had not been authorised for an order that I had supposedly collected and they had suspended my acount until I make payment :eek:

When I checked online, the order had been cancelled as my bank had declined my card (fraud team being over enthusiastic) and the order had been cancelled so I had not collected it.

Trying to get this through to the lovely but oh so dim lady at the other end of the phone was like pulling teeth - she kept repeating "so...you never collected the order...you never had the items..." :mad:

I was put back on hold for several more minutes then she came back and said ignore the letter, there has been a mistake, your account is not suspended
