How do you print this? I clicked 'download coupon', but it just scrolled along to the next page, nothing else about a coupon there though :(

Click around the coupon box, the responsive area was below the box for me x

I have started moaning and complaining…. the flipping cheek and lack of basic knowledge!

They had cancelled an order, not let me know. When we collected it they said it had not arrived and sent us 6 miles to another shop, who told us that it had been cancelled as there was no products and we did not want subs. However on checking the shop had a shelf full and we had ticked subs!

and then they have not credited the evouchers.

I am moaning! The poor woman tried to tell me to look on the internet for the telephone number for APG…. SSM is nor MMM (miserable moaning mummy)

and now I am on hold again!

    :D:D:D:D

A.com cs phone help is a nightmare at the minute :( I got a letter the other day saying that a payment had not been authorised for an order that I had supposedly collected and they had suspended my acount until I make payment

When I checked online, the order had been cancelled as my bank had declined my card (fraud team being over enthusiastic) and the order had been cancelled so I had not collected it.

Trying to get this through to the lovely but oh so dim lady at the other end of the phone was like pulling teeth - she kept repeating "so...you never collected the order...you never had the items..."

I was put back on hold for several more minutes then she came back and said ignore the letter, there has been a mistake, your account is not suspended :o
