    Morning :hello:

Hugs 9 inch, sorry to hear you're feeling lonely x

I'm not lonely. In fact quite the opposite. There's 9 of us in the family and I've a healthy social life wth lots of friends around me. I was just trying to wish those that are particularly lonely at this time of the year a special hello and good day. I've spent most of the time since then trying to justify it but never mind :o

Hope everyone is okay today. We are off out for the day now so hope everyone else has a good day too. Laters :)

Just put the start of the month metre readings into the Scottish power website - Ive been doing this twice a month since we switched which was at the start of the year so its a good set of readings covering cold winters and hot summer periods.

When I first switched they insisted I had to have the direct debit Eon were trying to charge me of £110 a month  so after the first 6 weeks I rang scot power and had a nice chat to a lady who said looking at my readings (I was taking them weekly to start with) I could pay £88 but we settled on £90 as I wanted to slightly overpay.

Since then I've been in credit every month :T
We are now over £260 in credit so even if the bad weather starter tomorrow and our usage tripled over night we would still be in credit for months to come.

so I put the readings in now and my direct debit is dropping from £90 a month to £53 :j - so we are now £37 a month richer :j - that on top of another 20p from COS this morning :D
