My spoken and listening English is poor. So it's hard for me to call them.

It depends entirely on which account you're talking about. Most bank accounts require you to be resident in the UK before you can open one though.

This isn't really a DFW question is it?
I would have thought this would be better under the Savings & Investments forum although I am not aware of English banks offering offshore facilities (I might be well be wrong though seems I can barely keep my own UK bank account in credit :rotfl:).
Maybe the Channels Islands, the Isle of Man or....how about Switzerland!?Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
