1. The prize draw is open to UK and residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of Garnier employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property of the Promoter.
6. Entries must be received on or before 15th September 2007. The prize draw will take place on 31st September 2007. Garnier reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. One (1) completed entry will be drawn at random and the winner will be entitled to the following prize, valid for two (2) people (including him / herself):-
- Seven (7) nights accommodation at the 3 star Best Western Carmel Mission Inn in a standard twin/double room with private facilities on a room only basis
- Economy Class return flight from London to San Francisco
- The Car Hire of E4 Kia Rio or a vehicle of a similar standard , plus comprehensive car insurance includes States taxes, airport fees and handling fees - car to be picked up and dropped off by the winner at San Francisco airport
