Gardening with Children
It says you need to download a Word Document form, fill it in and then email orpost it. I'm not sure if you necessarily need to go to the effort of filling in the document then scanning it and emailing it, or if you can get away with just replicating the required data in the word doc and emailing it as a normal email.

Yeah, thats what it says you should do ... just seems like a lot of effort when you can just type it into an email0
