Solar PV >>> What happens from 1 January 2015?

Energy Saving Trust appears to have withdrawn solar information from its site. Calculator no longer available. I am waiting for some funds to invest in solar PV. What happens if I miss the December deadline? Will there be a new tariff?

Maybe there was a problem with the site, but I found the calculator here:
EST PV Calculator
but it seems the leccy saved calculation is still 'wonky', and doesn't match the background calcs they claim to have used in their 'see the assumptions we've made ...' section!
Basic information on the FiT rates and degressions can be found in section 12 of the FAQs.
Note: Inflationary upgrades to the FiT element are applied from the year following the install. So installs on 31/12/14 would get an uplift in April 2015, but an install on the 1/1/15 wouldn't.
Mart.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Thank you, Martyn. I think that you found this by navigating to the Scotland section. I was navigating England. I will have another search around but the structure of the site has changed.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Yes, as I suspected. The Scotland site is now quite different from the England site. The tools are removed from England.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0

Hiya ST, good spot, I've gone and retraced my steps
main site
then choose,
generate your own energy,
renewable electricity,
solar panels,
and everything is normal till you scroll 3/4 down to "Savings" and click on "Solar Energy Calculator", at which point you pop out the back of the wardrobe in Scotland. Hhmmmm!
I also note that the calculator is still defaulted to 3rd qtr (July to Sept) and you can choose 4th qtr (Oct to Dec), but the tariff didn't change, so at least it's not giving false FiT figures (yet?).
I'm not the EST's biggest fan now. It's about month since I told them all the problems with the calculator and apart from correcting the 4th qtr FiT rate (they were showing a 3.5% degression) it doesn't look like they are going to fix anything else soon.

From the 1st Jan the 0-4kw rate is 13.88p/kwh off the top of my head. Small decrease.0
