Ccj-how Do I Know?????

How do i know if i have a ccj, is there a website i can find this out from?

The reason i ask is cuz i move around a lot and at my last address i had mckenzie hall chasing me 4 a debt (that i didnt do) the amount was over £800 they where saying they would take me 2 court, well i have moved and 2 b honest 4got about it till now,just need 2 know can they take me 2 court if they dont know where i am, would i have to of signed somthing 2 go 2 court? please help as im worried ive got a ccj and dont even know about it.Thanks in advance for your help

    you should be able to see it on your credit report. There are a few sites you can check, like experian - which is currently offering a free 30 day trial.
    (Don't know the others, but you should be able to find them doing a quick search on the site)

  • I've moved around a few times, I thought the chasing of a HSBC account i thought i'd cleared had finished, until recently...They've found me again, am gonna do things right this time though...cca letter or the 6yr old route.

    Anyone know what amounts dca take to court? or if they ever take anything to court?
