I totted up the value of the contents and even if I am generous it doesn't come to much over £30. in mine there were 2 packs of Risotto, 2 packs of coffee, 3 jars of chutney, a bottle of wine, tea towel and a 4GB USB stick.
Compare that to the list given on the comp description. I have sent an email to them and have been asked for a list of the contents and been quoted t&c's about changes to items blah blah.

I suggest if anyone else is unhappy to send them an email too.

Had another response, they have admitted that 2 items are missing and according to them around £4 in value. Even if you add the £4 it comes far short of the value stated in the comp. They haven't offered to supply the missing items and just said they apologise if I am not happy with the contents, I think that's called being given the brush-off I think.

Yup a real shame, I have email confirmation that they will "not" fullfil the missing items and say the T&C's state that items are subject to change and that it has a value of approx £55. Well the comp description states quite clearly that it is 'at least' £55. Looking at prices of the items supplied on various supermarkets it comes to around £24 and even if you add an over inflated value to the tea tea-towel and usb stick you won't even get to £35.

I love comping and but this kind of thing where they short change you on a prize then give you the brush off makes me want to report them. Actually I think I am going to :mad:

Hi everyone, I won one of these too, thanks very much to cornishpasty1 for this thread.

Mine has arrived today and I'm really pleased with it. I had seen this thread earlier, so was prepared for a bit of a bit of a disappointment, so the results were nice

Mine consists of A tea-towel, memory stick, a bottle of wine, 2 miniature Tia Marias, 2 packs of Risotto, 2 packs of crackers, 2 jars of chutney, 2 bars of Lindt chocolate, 2 packs of coffee. So, everything that was listed in the T&Cs except for the Port Salut coupon.

To be fair, although mine came missing 3 items, when I enquired about them, they all got sent to me in a second parcel with a few extras so it all came good.
