PS4 Crash After Update 2.0

Hi,
Has anyone else had a problem following the latest software update for the PS4?
Following update 2.0, when I use sleep mode, the orange light comes on for a short time but then starts flashing.
Once the light is flashing the system is crashed and I am unable to use the ps4. It will not turn off or start.
After searching the internet it seems I am not alone with this problem. I would like to be able to use sleep mode without crashing the system. Has anyone found a solution?
