    It's right at the end of the T&C's. If you still can't see it, and you're on a smartphone or tablet, try flipping the screen the other way. It sounds silly but it worked for me! :)

    It wasn't there for me either on FF - think it may be something to do with settings as I've had a few FF problems others haven't recently. Worked fine on IE - submit button was below the T&Cs

    worked for me in Chrome, although I had to use an American phone number? I used 800-433 and then 4 random digits, hope they dont call it:eek:

    I just left that bit blank, it seemed to go through ok.
