I agree, your phone costs are on the high side.

Take a look at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-calls-to-mobiles to see how a little discipline can slice pounds of those phone bills, whether you're calling landline to mobile or mobile to mobile.

It also might be worth checking if you can get a fixed price package evening and weekend landline to landline calls if these form a large portion of your bill - usually just means redialling once an hour.

Hi. Just to say you've had some fab advice and it is possible for you to dig yourself out of this mess. With regards to food think spaghetti bolognese/chilli/omlette/beans on toast/ pasta with sauce - endless variations/stir fy etc. Go for cheap own brand.Tesco own brand stuff is fine and really cheap - the only things I wouldn't go for is value meat but that's just me. Have a look on Old Style for some cheap meal ideas and use up whats in your cupboard lurking in the back of the freezer/fridge that just needs something cheap to go with it and it'll make a meal etc.
Keep a spending diary to find out what you're spending money on and make sure you take packed lunches to work if you don't already as they can cost a lot.
    Good Luck
