Mothercare - Wrong/reduce pay every month!

My girlfriend works for Mothercare, horrible awful company to work for she says. She gets paid every 4 weeks, and every other month they say some stuff about the business going under and that your pay will be sorted out, she was supposed to get paid on the 12th on October, but only got some, they said they're sorting out the rest, its now the 31st and she still hasn't been paid the rest, this happens all the time. Its like they're scraping together bits and bobs and decide when they feel like it.
What position does she stand in, she has no money to even get to work now!?
I never though such a big company would be like that.

Ultimately she needs to move because for all the issues by the time she does anything it seems like they get things paid so the action becomes pointless.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -

No, I never thought a company being in financial trouble would be fed down directly to employees pay, thought they'd have some kind of back-up or something, guess I'm naive.Save in 2016 challenge!!!
