No problems here with SolarEdge.Has anyone else having a problem, nothing recorded since the 28th October.
Are you generating? Press the button to get the current details.
Does your inverter have the S_OK message on the screen 3rd line down on the right side just above the word ON? If it does not, repeat presses on the button should get you to the status screen where the 00000000 value should quickly fill up to show 11111111. An error message is displayed if not all the zeros are changed to ones.

Thanks for the reply Dave, power is being generated and the inverter appears to be working fine but no data is being uploaded to the site,I will contact the installers I am sure they will be able to sort out the problem.0

Have you checked your connectivity to the net, mine went down and it turned out it was one of my homeplugs that was faulty, I lost a bit of data but it was over the winter so I wasn't too concerned.
I believe Martyn had exactly the same problem, changed his homeplug and away he went again2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
All back working normally looks like the plug connected to the router had been taken out or switched off by mistake, both needed to be taken out and then put back in to reset.None of the data was lost.0

No problems, checked a couple of installations earlier today.
Ask your installer to check their end, they might be able to pick something up remotely. They'll be able to access your account

It would help if you actually read all the thread before posting, that way you would have realised that the OP has fixed the problem
If your solar company takes as much notice of your customers as you take of the previous posts I really don't see it having much of a future.2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
