Second Charge Loan Application

I have applied for a second charge loan and have received a DIP from the lender.
I have received the first documents from the lender which I have signed and returned with the other information they requested (payslips etc)
I have been advised that the final documents will be sent tome for signing on day 8 of the consideration period and once I have signed and returned them the valuation will be instructed.
Can I assume the loan will definitely complete or is it still a possibility it won’t? I’m 100% happy all theinformation I’ve given them is correct (salaries, house value etc) so the lender will be able to verify all the information I provided.
Thanks in advance
