Hi all,

I am interested in buying a new build from Barratt's homes in Bedfordshire. They have suggested I use their mortgage broker Meridian Mortgages Ltd. I have been qualified by them and they have suggested I will not have a problem obtaining a mortgage for the value of the home I am interested in, on the help to buy scheme.

Does anyone have any experience of using this company? good or bad?
