Arise Sky Concierge Contract

Hi, is anyone currently or recently worked on the Sky Concierge contract via Arise? If I would be really grateful if you could answer the below queries:

1. How many hours a week is the contract for and what time/s of day to you work?

2. Is it an easy contract to work and can you always get enough hours to honour you SOW?

3. Is the training easy to do and does everyone pass it. How much does it cost to do the training and are you guaranteed work on the contract after passing training?

4. Do they often advertise training intakes for it and is it a long running one that gives you work every week of the year?

I am a trained ACP but have been out of the loop for some time working elsewhere. I saw this advertised last year and was quite tempted but could never get the answer as to whether I would be able to get evening shifts all the time. If your not happy answering here then please feel free to pm me.

Thanks:beer:

Been doing this for nearly a year now. I have a full-time job, this affects the hours I can service.

    1. They ask you to do a minimum of 15 hrs per week, including 2 hrs per weekend, however I have never achieved this so far and they have not terminated my contract. As above, I can only service evenings Mon-Fri.

    2. If you are available to work most of the time then you can achieve the 15 hours, most hours are on the evenings but there are a lot on Monday day times. The work is fairly easy but it does get tedious.

    3. I think I paid ~£20 or so, the course was easy and everyone passed but there's a lot of technical issues that can be a pain to get sorted. Everyone who got through the hoops of technical issues did get work.

    4. They are now getting rid of the concierge role but there is another role taking its place, but this is more complicated and involves troubleshooting etc.

If you are available to work the hours they want then 20 plus hours a week would be possible but of course the available hours vary quite a bit.
