PIP's (Wales) Timescale

Wondering if someone can help here- spent alot of time reading the timescale thread...but I am on indefinate DLA (higher Mobility/Lower Care) been on it for 15 years. On the PIP government site checker,it says I shouldn't here about a PIP transfer nti 2015-and then only if..
Its up for renewal and/or there is a change in circumstances.
Will I go straight onto PIP, or will I have to re apply/medical interview ?

Most people have an assessment when applying for PIP. There's very few who manage to get away with this.0
