Meat market advice
OH & I are planning a trip to Smithfields in the next couple of weeks, we'll drive in & get there around 4.30-5am.
We want to stock up on a couple of months worth of Pork, Beef, Bacon, Sausages (6-10kg per items)& Chicken. (4-6 whole large)
I've never been to such a place before & know it is pretty busy with wholesale traders so any tips on what to look out for, price guides or anysuch advice to make the journey worthwhile?
Many thanks
