Hi , I would really appreciate any advice that could be offered, i was recently in a trust deed and was unable to keep up with my payments , my trustee originally threatened to sell my house to release my share of equity , roughly £ 7000 , then suddenly it all went quite and i have now found out that they requested and were granted discharge from my trust deed , this was over 7 months ago and I`ve heard nothing from anyone , should I let sleeping dogs lie or seek my own bankruptcy ?
thank you in advance
