Applied or did a DIP?
Assuming you applied, have they come back to you and requested further information? If so when?
If not, then I think you need to get in touch with your broker.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Get your broker to chase them. Its gone beyond their service standards so it could have been missed?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We've just got our mortgage with them. I rang them myself towards the end of us being offered it and they were really helpful.
We applied on 16th sept, valuation was instructed on 24th and took place on 29th. We did have to answer a query and submit a further doc which means you get put back to the bottom of the pile but our offer was issued on 8th oct which was exactly 22 days.
We complete today and I can't fault them tbh!
Good luck and give them a ring yourself is my advice.VSPC #183 £6.32

Rereading I bet it was the gifted letter- it's probably put you back again!VSPC #183 £6.32

They are behind on their processing currently. Expect at least a week for anything new you send in to be looked at.
If you are saying the final requested information (gift letter) was returned on the 16th, then I would expect everything, bar the valuation, to be complete.
You really need to speak to your own broker regarding any questions on the progress of your own case.I am a Mortgage Broker
