Advice please on formal complaint to CSA

In the middle of June 2014 CSA had a second liability order granted for the sum of £9000.
I rang the CSA to be told the liability order will now be sent to the bailiffs.
Early September I rang them for an update only to be told it hadn't been sent to the bailiffs, it was the mistake of the CSA.
I received a telephone call from a complex case worker who said there was no excuses and apologised. I was told the case would be sent to the bailiffs.
I rang today for an update to be told that nothing further had been done with my case, a service team leader spoke to me and said he will retrieve the file and send it to the bailiffs but it would take a couple of days. I will then have to wait the 90days that the bailiffs get to get a payment which will be £20 a week.
My ex husband has money he just likes to take it to the extreme when paying towards his daughter.
Any advice you can give me about formal complaints would be gratefully received along with any other advice x

How can anybody have confidence in the shambolic system? Just when you thought it was all under control you get this setback. I found them less than hopeless when I was a pwc.0

Ask your MP to help you, they seem to take more notice when an MP gets involved.0
