Hi all,
I hope someone can answer my question or give some advice.
I have been banking with lloyds for 20+ years and applied for a mortgage with them (had some credit cards and a car loan which had been paid off in full and closed 2 months prior to the applictaion but still have a loan oustanding with them regular payments made and all up to date).
I have been told by lloyds that i fall into the catagory C credit rating and they will only offer me 65% LTV.
My question is would there be any point in going to a broker? is there a chance another lender may offer more LTV?
thanks in advance

Yes. Obtain all three versions of your credit file before doing so.
