Is the caravan damp? The best action is make sure everything is open and the vents are all clear.
Its not a sealed box so drying the air out will be a cycle that will never end. As your dry the air more damp air is coming in to replace it.

Try lots of pots of cheap salt. We had about 15 old margarine tubs with about half an inch of salt in the bottom. You would be amazed how much water it collected over a few weeks. We then just dried out the salt pots on sunny days in the greenhouse to be reused.
Also get a caravan cover! we should have bought one years ago as the damage to the floor is already done despite us not realising it was leaking as it was dry inside.0
