Enter the prize draw beore November 30th, 2014 for your chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to The X Factor Live Final or one of fifty £100 Amazon Gift Cards. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

How to Enter:
1. Purchase or Subscribe to one or more products from the selection below and fill in the entry form.
2. Alternatively, enter for free by filling in the entry form.
3. You will be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to The X Factor Live Final or one of fifty £100 Amazon Gift Cards.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding (a) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Prize Draw and that person’s immediate family members, and (b) employees and contractors of Amazon EU Sàrl ("Amazon") and its affiliates and of the Prize Provider(s) (defined below). Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Entrants are not required to be customers of Amazon and no purchase or subscription is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

There are 55 prizes to be won, including:

a) Five pairs of tickets to see The X Factor Live Final (the “Winning Prize”), consisting of:
i. A pair of tickets for each winner and one guest to see The X Factor Live Final (the “Event”) to be held at a venue in the United Kingdom to be confirmed (the “Venue”) at a time to be confirmed on either Saturday, December 13th, 2014 or Sunday, December 14th, 2014 (winner(s) will be notified which day);
ii. Standard class rail tickets for each winner and guest from the mainline rail station closest to each winner’s home address to London;
iii. one night’s accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis for each winner and guest at a 4 star hotel near to the Venue (the “Hotel”) ; and
iv. Return transfers between each winner’s home and the closest mainline rail station; the mainline rail station and the Hotel; and the Hotel and Venue.
b) 50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards, each worth £100 (the “Runner-up Prize”) (each “a Prize”).

Please Note:
1. Each guest of a winner of a Winning Prize must be aged 16 years or over as at the date of departure on either Saturday, December 13th, 2014 or Sunday, December 14th, 2014, and accompanied by an adult (18 years or over).

2. Amazon (on behalf of the Prize Provider) will organise and confirm the train tickets, transfers and accommodation to be provided as part of the Winning Prize which will be arranged once the winner has been notified and accepted the Prize. No refund or compensation will be given in the event of the cancellation or delay of any train or transfer. Travel and accommodation are subject to availability and any additional terms and conditions of the relevant transport or accommodation provider. Neither Amazon nor the Prize Provider will replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets or travel documents.
3. Guests must travel together with the winners on all trains and on all transfers. Each pair of winner and guest will share a hotel room of double or twin occupancy.
4. The winners and guests are solely responsible for all ancillary expenses associated with the Winning Prize, and their attendance at the Event, including but not limited to, any additional travel or baggage costs and the cost of food or drink purchased.
5. The winners and guests should arrive promptly at 10.00 GMT at the Venue on either Saturday, December 13th, 2014 or Sunday, December 14th, 2014 to collect the tickets from the box offices. Failure to arrive promptly may result in the winner and guest being unable to attend the Event.
6. The winners and guests may be required to produce photographic ID in order to attend the Event.
7. The Prizes carry no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted, except that Amazon may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Prize won with a prize of equal or greater value. Any unclaimed Runner-Up Prize remains the property of Amazon.
8. The redemption of the Runner-up Prizes is also subject to the Gift Card and Gift Certificates Terms and Conditions.

The Prize Draw opens to entries on Friday, October 24th, 2014 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Sunday, November 30th, 2014 ("Prize Draw Period").

Amazon will in its sole discretion, select the Prize winners at random. The winners of Winning Prizes will be notified by e-mail within three (3) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period. The winners of ten (10) Runner-up Prizes will be notified by email on each of the following dates: Wednesday November 5th, 2014, Wednesday November 12th, 2014, Wednesday, November 19th, 2014, Wednesday, November 26th 2014, Tuesday, December 2nd 2014. Prize winners may also be contacted by telephone. Prize winners will have five (5) days from the time of notification to respond to Amazon and must then (i) provide their county of residence and (ii) confirm acceptance of the Prize.
