I would sign in your current name (you can put neé <maiden name> if you want).

Just to clarify there are TWO of us on this thread asking advice regarding the same company.
I am the original OP but twiglet00 also has issues with them.
I do not have the foggist idea what there claim is with me, guess i will soon find out.
