GCSE courses

My daughter, age 22 needs to do her gcse maths and science again to get better grades before starting an access to nursing course. She currently works 30-40 hours a week, we are not sure if there any free gcse courses or the cheapest way to do this. Has anyone had any previous experience of this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Has she looked at local adult education courses through the council / local FE college?0

Thanks Yorkie1 I have asked her to get in touch with 2 colleges within travelling distance so fingers crossed they will come up with an achievable option.0

The GCSE maths should be free if she doesn't already have a C in subject. If she does then she will have to pay for it.
The GCSE Science will have to be paid for. You are a bit late though for this year so might have to wait until next year. They move quickly on the first assignments on the one year courses.
I might add though that for nursing they are asking for B's in the science round our area.Mags - who loves shopping0
