Nothing was ever made clear though with regards to attending court and we assumed that the hearing wouldn't go ahead after informing the court that it was the wrong person.
However, if she does attempt to have it set aside, the info we've found online says to file form N244 at a cost of £155. That doesn't seem fair and we don't have a spare £155 right now.0 -

Only known from doing a search of her credit file she found the debt listed on her file, but it stated a different middle name and date of birth to hers. 1st Credit have never referred to the middle name or date of birth, which seems rather convenient given that they have been asked numerous times to clarify it and to provide evidence.glentoran99 wrote: »Think you need proper legal advice, You say date of birth is wrong too, is that mentioned anywhere?0 -
