payday problems

Hi,
Ok so having alot of problems at work at the moment. Will be handing in my notice due to alienation but that's not the problem right now.
Yesterday was pay day. Now the company I work for some small right now. My manager transfers us our pay via Internet banking. He outsources the tax etc and I know I'm paying it. Never seen a pay slip though but can request them apparently.
Now he did not transfer my wages to me until 4pm. I just wondered if there was a time he needed to do it by. This isn't the first time and I've missed direct debits because of this. I've changed a lot of them until the day after but can't do this for some. For example my rent!
If anyone can give me information I would greatly appreciate it.
:-)

If you are saying that they are paying you on the day agreed then no there is nothing you can do about what time of day and it's not the employers fault that you have direct debits coming out today.
And you really should be getting payslips to make sure you are being paid correctly.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
Agree entirely with what TA says. Contact the companies who are taking the DDs and ask if they can be moved a day or two later in the month.
And I have to repeat the advice to ask for your payslips, not having and checking them is a cavalier attitude to take, and is particularly annoying when the option is available to you but you just haven't bothered, while we see lots of posts from people whose employer refuses to provide payslips.0
