Amazon Gift Card Offer

Did anyone else see the Amazon offer where they were giving cashback in the form of a gift voucher, for purchases over £100 (£10 voucher) and £150 (£15 voucher) on the 17th October, please?

I did, but Amazon deny all knowledge - and I didn't dream it! It was definitely embedded in to their UK website.

EDIT: Sorry, I overstated it a bit. They're not denying it, but no-one I've spoken to seems aware of the offer. It's being investigated and they're going to get back to me.

I received something similar - a free £5 if I bought a £20 Amazon gift card. The offer could only be accessed via the link in the email and it could only be used by me. So if you've still got the original email you were sent, then the details should be in there.

I had that, but I am sure it said they added up all your purchases in October, so I wasn't expecting anything until November. This wasn't an email, it appeared as a banner above the basket.

I've had feedback from them.
Embarrassingly, they've given me a credit against the order, so I hope it's not a cumulative total for the month. I thought it was a single order.
If I get a voucher, I guess I'll return it.
