Item delivered yesterday has now gone down on Amazon, do they still offer the price difference refund? Can't find anything on site about it.

I bought a Kärcher steam cleaner from Amazon last week for £197.71
Today it's on for £169.00
Short on-line chat resulted in refund for the difference.
If you don't try, you won't succeed!
Good luck :-(0 -
I usually find they will refund the difference in a day or so.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

It is goodwill, but if the item is within the DSR return period, it's cheaper for them to discount the difference, rather than pay for the return, lose money by selling it through their Warehouse Deals, and hope you'll buy another one at the lower price.0 -
item i ordered had gone down a lot in price before they had even delivered it so i called them up and got a refund. That was last year.0
