Promotion closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2014. 18-yrs and over. There is one prize of a holiday in Cuba for two adults and the promotion is open to readers of The Evening Standard, and readers of its sister paper The Independent. The winner will be the first entry selected at random after the closing date and will be contacted by 3 December 2014. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Prize must be fulfilled between May 2015 to Oct 2015 (excluding dates between the 12/7/2015 – 30/8/15). Specific dates are subject to availability.
The prize does NOT include:
• Visa (Tourist Card)
• Travel Insurance
• *Departure Tax that will need to be paid locally when leaving Cuba (currently 25 CUC pp)
• All other expenses not listed in the prize

I think it is only allow one entry on either routes based on these:
1) the promotion is open to readers of The Evening Standard, and readers of its sister paper The Independent
2) Only one online entry per person

Aware of everyone have different point of view on the T&Cs etc. GL:)
