Altering Existing Bank Loan Terms

Hi All,
New to the forum today.
I have a question for you all. I recently took out a loan with Santander for 7.5k and eager to pay it off early chose the term over 2 years.
I am now regretting this as I have other debts to pay off and wonder if a term can be changed without looking at my credit report as I know this would not get approved in its current state. Now I know its normally close as a new loan or refinancing an existing loan but wonder what are my options?
Kind Regards
