What year is she looking to claim tax back? This year or last?
What was her income for that year and what tax did she pay?
so basically I need her p60 ?0 -

If she's returned to work at the same employer, then any tax due back will be automatically calculated.
However, from what I've seen from our payroll, there's usually a tax rebate early in the maternity leave rather than at the end.Signature removed for peace of mind0
