Should I pay all of it off???

Hi

I have been reading this board for a while and also paying off more of my mortgage (max amount possible) and saving money to pay off my mortgage. Next month my 5 year term is up and i do have enough money to pay my mortgage off!!!! I CANT WAIT.

Anyway, my question is.

Do i pay off all my mortgage or leave the mortgage account open with some money left to pay (ie not pay off last £100). I may move house in two years time and need another mortgage. Would doing this save me paying a redemption fee and also help me obtain a mortgage again in two years???

Many thanks

Thanks
