is anyone else having problems getting the collage mug offer shown on mse this week to actually work. spent an hour an total in total uploading photos then only to find that the discount would not go through. anyone with any tips?

    Hi Homealone, please check you have the correct type of mug - should have a normal retail price of £7.99, so the single image one, the collage mug, a Hallmark mug...If that fails then just email us, feedback at truprint.co.uk or give us a call on 01626 322007 and we'll sort it out for you!
