Hi guys,

I have sold my property and moved back in with my parents, and I am trying to figure out my options. I have around £13000 for a deposit, however, I do have around £6000 in loans and credit. I am aware that this effects my affordability, and therefore contemplating paying off my debts.

Are 95% mortgages available on older properties, not just new builds? What other options are there?

    Yes there are 95% deals available.
    Some use the help to buy scheme, others do not. If unsure speak to a broker.
