I bought a few presents I store yesterday, after seeing this thread. My sister's birthday is just before Christmas, and I have been wondering what to buy her. I found a lovely Nivea gift set in a purple vanity case, half price at £20. I wouldn't have paid the full price, but it's definitely worth £20.

Thanks OP, you've helped me and my mum (who doesn't use computers, but was very grateful to hear about this thread).

Thanks for this, I headed off to my local Tesco and bought some nice stocking fillers.

Lynx sets worked out even cheaper than buying the individual products which were themselves on offer.

I read the SEL and I'm pretty sure it said it ended on 23/10/14 (yesterday).

I remember last year i bought loads of gift sets half price + they had their double up event on which included toiletries so you could buy the sets hth

OK - confession time:

I didn't actually read the SEL myself, there were 2 elderly ladies (well, certainly older than me ) in front of me & I just asked them when the offer closed.
They peered at the label and told me 23/10.
They must have misread the month.

Haha, we caught you out now! Hopefully some bits will come back in stock, waiting for the double up but can't remember when it is :S
