Quidco..Help needed.

This may be the wrong place .But I am going through quidco to log onto Phones4u and cannot get the page to open .Any one got any ideas what I can do next .Should I email quidco or phones4u .

Hi Globalds,
Having same problem with HMV, Kelkoo and others. Emailed them and got helpful replies suggesting I check cookies etc. Still haven't been able to figure out what has gone wrong! I can be a bit dumb when it comes to the settings on my computer so I've probably done something wrong!!!!
If you do figure it out maybe you could let me know what to do (in basic terms!!!!)

I've done quite a few transactions thru quidco which have then subsequently not tracked. I read somewhere about using firefox as the internet browser just for quidco and I am hoping that way I stand a better chance of them tracking.

Basically, before you log in to Quidco to do a transaction, go to the tools menu on internet explorer, then internet options, then at browsing history click delete and after that delete cookies and delete temporary internet files. Now log on and your transaction should track ok.

Ive tried clearing temp and cookies ,no good....I've also tried going through safari (apple windows browser )and it's the same .phones4u doesn't open but carphone warehouse and national express open fine .
