AA Personal Loan

Hi,

I am desperately trying to get defaults (which do not exist, as I haven't missed payments) on a loan I had from the AA in 2009 removed from my credit file before applying for a mortgage. I have contacted them more times than I can remember since Feb 14, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing and I am no further forward or closer to resolution.

Does anyone have a contact at the AA Personal Loans? I would really appreciate a name and email address if possible please.

Many thanks in advance, I am desperate to get this resolved.

Thanks,

Tom

I would rather see if I can find someone helpful at the AA before going to Ombudsman, thank you for the suggestion though.

Did you send the letters using a signed for service?

If you did you can go the ombudsman as its been over 8 weeks since your initial complaint.

Or do you have an acknowledgment from the company, as again if they haven't dealt with it within 8 weeks then you can go to the ombudsman.

It is free so no cost.
