Just following on from last.
Offer states;-Withdrawal fee - £150. This fee is payable if your loan is not drawn down before the Offer of Loan expires.

Its worrying that a broker is saying it wont be refunded. Tell them there's no refund, then a couple of days later tell them they will get it back, less £150.
