Hey guys
If I have a child with an ex. And now how 2 children with my new wife who lives with me. How much on average would I need to pay in child maintained for my child who lives with my ex. He probably stays with me once or twice a week.
My earnings are around 450 pounds gross.

£450 a week or a month? How often does the child with your ex live with you?
If you google CHild support calculator then you can plug your details in for an answer.0 -
450 a week sorry.
Child stays with me once a week.0 -
Also how accurate are these calculators?0

They are pretty accurate. Anyhow, if you (or your ex) were to put a claim in via the CMS now then they would look at the P60 information as its all done via the HMRC now.
If your looking to agree a private arrangement (the best way in my opinion and experience!) then the calculator is a very good way to start.0 -
If £450 is your gross pay (before tax and NI) then your looking at £40 per week in CM.0

I don't understand the calculator.
It asks how many children in total I have. Which is 3.
Then how many days do the children stay with me. Two stay with me everyday. The other one I have with ex stays 1 day every week with me.
Calculator doesn't take this into account. Can someone do it for me???0 -
If you are saying that two children live with you and one lives with his mother, you should enter 1 child when it asks how many children you have to pay child support for. It will ask you later how many live with you so you can enter 2 at that point.0

Oh I see. Does it not take in consideration of the mothers salary? She earns about 300 pounds a week gross0
-
No, your the one having to pay CM to her? Her salary is irrelevant for your CM obligation.0
