Budget tablets for Christmas 2014

Well it's not long before I have to think about Xmas shopping. I love Christmas (especially the food) but I hate picking presents for people as I'm usually terrible at it.

There are some great tablets around now for not bad prices, but I think the clear winner is the Hudl 2 if you're looking for a more 'family' tablet.
The iPad Mini 2 is pretty awesome...however that might be a present for me
