When did they stop their 'direct' site?

Aww that's a shame, I have bought quite a few things from their direct site. I got a really nice extending dining table and six chairs for almost 70% off a couple of years ago, I am very happy with it too.0

They seem to have cut back on a lot of things. I can't find Click and Collect now. It seems non-food things have to be ordered to be delivered the same way as groceries. Apologies if I am wrong!0
