Now Pinecone have finally replied to tell me I am not a member and not on there system, hence the fact I cant redeem my points.
I emailed them back with the latest points email they sent me when the points had gone on for a previous survey and patiently told them I was currently testing Comfort Conditioner for them.
With the old website I had no probelms at all!!! :mad:

That happened to me a few years ago, back in the days when they sent you a £4 luncheon voucher for every survey you completed.

I did every survey as soon as I received the email and was very happy doing them.

Then the surveys stopped, so I tried to log onto my account and couldn't. I emailed them and got back a reply saying "You are not a member and not on our system".

I tried emailing them several times after that but got no replies.

I think they just "get rid" of some members every now and and recruit more.

I'm Confused. Is this a different problem to your other two threads or are they all part of the same? I don't know which thread to reply to when you have so many different ones.
