Current Mortgage expires Sept 2015, when should I seek new deal

Hi.
My current, interest only tracker, mortgage was taken out in Sept 2001 for 15 years.
Therefore expires next Sept 2015 (or should that be October?).
When should I start looking around to replace it as I believe sometimes it takes a few months to sort?
I will be looking at a repayment mortgage this time around.
Thanks.

Beginning to wonder if it runs out next year or 2016 now.
Nationwide website is down so will check later - hope it is 2016, but I seem to recall it being 2015.[STRIKE]Sept 2014: Owe £25,500 [/STRIKE] \ £20,535.

Thanks kingstreet.
I can't thank you via the button as it doesn't show up. Possibly a newbie restriction.[STRIKE]Sept 2014: Owe £25,500 [/STRIKE] \ £20,535.

Our system logs the end date of each product and calls up a diary date four months before the expiry date.
We used to do three months, but we found the existing lender was doing that and people were accepting a new deal without having us compare with other options in the market, so we start a month earlier now.I am a mortgage broker.
Just checked and: "Agreed redemption date September 2016."
I thought it was next year but now seems I have another year on a low tracker. Since I am overpaying £500 a month it means it will have reduced to under £60,000 by then and I should also have cleared all my other debts.
