Mortgage and an idea

Hi guys,
I'm 23 and currently saved 20k. Literally had no life but to be honest I'm abit of a boring sod lol. When i go out i just end up thinking why did i bother. Currently working on the railway but don't want to live in london any longer than i have too. Feel its overpriced and everyones just in such a rush type thing.
Anyway always believed in the saying find a job you love and never work a day in your life. My real love and passion is dogs, trouble is I've always been fairly anti breeding. Far to many people lack being able to see faults in their own dogs. Not sure if its ego or just sheer greed that they think their gonna make from breeding poor examples. I'm not talking show wise either because i think in many cases the show world has done more harm than good for breeds.
Have been seeing properties out of london for 60k which look lovely. By next year I would have 30k if i continue to save. I was wondering what would be the chance of me getting a 50% mortgage as a dog breeder? Now i know many are very anti dog breeders trust me i some what am too. Not a hypocrite i have no problem with people breeding dogs but some the adverts i see disgust me to be honest. People breeding purely for "rare colours" or poor examples of the breed with health problems. I have an aim with what I'm going to breed and actually got a plan on changing the market to force poor breeders to change their ways.
Just wondering if the bank would be willing to give me a 50% mortgage. To be honest my repayments would be so small on such a low mortgage that a job doing anything would cover it. Please feel free to question me or have ago at the idea of breeding dogs. More than happy to talk and defend myself.
Thanks

No idea about breeding dogs, but would this, to a mortgage company, be the same as any other self-employed person, and the rules, proof of income etc that go with this.
I am sure if you search for self-employed mortgage on here you will find info, or someone will come along soon to give info.0 -

If you want a residential mortgage, do it while you are employed as you'll have to wait until you have two years' accounts if you try to do it self-employed.
If you are looking for business start-up finance, that's a commercial proposition and best discussed with your won bank.
Either way, start thinking about business plans and projections, rather than dog issues...I am a mortgage broker. The thing is I would need to be in the property in order to start the breeding? The repayments I've seen from looking on line is 212 a month. I thought the fact I've 50% would go in my favour as if I was to miss a payment the sell of the house would pay back most of the debt owed. It would also be easy to move back to london and pay off 212 a month from a job down here should it not work out.
Thanks for the fast replies.0
