Consumer Advice

I purchased a Kettle and toaster at a cost of £40.00 each.

I have exchanged the kettle twice previously, this being my third kettle which has broke.

The shop are willing to exchange the kettle again, however, the kettle is now obsolete stock, the sole purpose of purchasing the kettle and toaster was because they were a matching set, by having a new kettle it obviously won't match the toaster, the shop are unwilling to negotiate on the toaster, as it's not faulty.

By choice, I' d rather not have an odd kettle, and toaster

Any idea what I should do?

Can't advise, I'm afraid, but I'll bung this in to bump it back for others to see.

I think you are probably posting int eh wrong place.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Could you not find a kettle that's verrrrry similar? Or buy a new set and sell the old toaster on eBay?

I know this is no help but just though i'd bump it up also! :)
