Bl**dy bank taking my money

I'm still struggling with money, and am trying to sort it all out.
I have 3 accounts with N*tW*st - my own sole account, joint a/c with DH and old business account.
My own account has 93p in as I use another bank. Our joint account covers all the bills and mortgage. The business account has a loan that goes out monthly for our old business (admittedly, we are behind on payments ATM)
For the last 2 months, we get the correct amount of money into the joint account, and then Natwest take £300 out of our joint account to transfer it into the old business accoutn to cover the loan....resulting in our mortgage not getting paid, and us ending up with all sorts of charges from Natwest as well as our mortgage company.
Can banks just transfer your money between accounts without your permission? I know we owe the loan money, but it seems like they're taking their money and sod everyone else.
Getting realy fed up now. I've ebayed loads in the last couple of weeks to clear the mortgage this month and Natwest have just transferred £309 to pay for their loan and charges on the business account.
I sent my bank charges letter off to them 3 weeks ago asking for statements, so hopefully that will claw back some money from the idiots.
Sorry but I'm mad!!
